If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
For instructor led online courses, you can ask for a full refund after attending the first webinar / class. You will get a full refund as long as you do not attend more than one class.
For self learning online courses, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days.
Sale items can be refunded.
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
